Meta Ads Specialist

NTV360 is one of Inc. 5000's fastest-growing private companies in the U.S., seeking a talented Meta Ads Specialist to manage social media advertising campaigns. The role involves collaborating with franchisees nationwide to optimize campaigns and achieve client goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding, report, and check-in calls with clients for social media advertising
  • Manage and optimize Meta campaigns via Ads Manager and Business Suite for clients across various sectors
  • Beta test LinkedIn and TikTok ads for potential future expansion
  • Compile and present campaign performance reports using Google Sheets and Slides
  • Utilize Canva and Adobe platforms to design visually engaging presentations and reports
  • Oversee a team of graphic designers to create dynamic social media ads, including reels, and ensure content is optimized for Facebook and Instagram feeds
  • Develop campaign strategies aimed at boosting ROI and driving consistent month-over-month growth
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring quality control and accurate data tracking (including pixel setups and lookalike audiences)
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, captions, and other elements to improve campaign performance
  • Cross training of Google Ads platforms
