Responsibilities

  • Active outbound calling campaigns with occasional cold calling
  • Inbound Sales/Product Support
  • Strategic Account management within assigned region
  • Deliver Value Proposition to customers
  • Manage sales cycle momentum
  • Deliver communications to customers

Skills

  • 1+ year(s) of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, with experience interfacing directly with customers
  • Proven ability to influence at varying levels across organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently
  • Prior related industry experience (Ex: In-home comfort, HVAC, security, life safety, Smart Home/IoT and/or low voltage)
  • Excellent communication skills
