[Remote] Home Inspector (Salary $50-$75k)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. House Buyers of America is a residential real estate investment company founded in 2001, headquartered in Tyson's Corner, VA. They are seeking a Home Inspector responsible for performing due diligence inspections on properties, assisting with construction and settlement tasks, and ensuring that construction progress is on track.
Responsibilities
- Perform due diligence inspections and assess property conditions / specific repairs needed
- Run detailed reports and take pictures of properties
- Assist construction and settlement teams with asks that need to be completed in the field
- Ensure punch-out items are complete and take detailed photos of the construction process
- Inspect homes on a daily basis to ensure progress is being made
- Install/remove lockboxes and other marketing material
- Deliver any necessary equipment to houses
Skills
- You have a Bachelor's Degree or higher
- You have great communication skills and computer skills
- Prefer a Licensed Home Inspector in MD, DC or VA, but not a firm requirement
