About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our arenaflex OnDemand Customer Service Team as a Customer Service Representative. This remote opportunity will enable you to work with external customers and internal personnel to respond to customer inquiries, provide product education, and handle a wide range of questions while ensuring a world-class customer experience. As a key member of our team, you will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and motivated to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve routine customer requests related to products or services via inbound, outbound calls, chats, and emails
  • Speak with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, following established protocol procedures
  • Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solution
  • Provide additional customer education and information as needed to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our services
  • Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance, contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex
  • Perform administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to assure HIPAA compliance and maintain the highest standards of data integrity

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that align with our customer-centric approach. The essential qualifications include:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, with an Associate or Bachelor's degree highly desired
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, with a preference for experience in a contact center or call center environment
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry, such as a physician's office or hospital, is highly valued
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required, with experience with Laboratory Information Systems preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an excellent ability to listen and respond to customer inquiries
  • Courteous and customer-focused, with a strong orientation towards delivering exceptional service
  • Excellent multitasking abilities, with the flexibility to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups

Technical Requirements

To perform this role, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:

  • Internet speed of at least 50 megabytes per second
  • No satellite internet
  • Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord
  • Equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi
