Solutions Engineer
Roe is a startup building Cursor for Financial Crimes, trusted by multiple public companies. The Solutions Engineer will bridge Roe’s AI-powered data platform with customer problems in risk and compliance, designing tailored solutions for sophisticated clients and collaborating closely with various teams to influence product direction.
Responsibilities
- Bridge Roe’s AI-powered data platform with real customer problems in risk and compliance (no prior finance background required)
- Design and deliver tailored solutions for sophisticated customers, including Fortune 500 companies
- Operate as one team: collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering, and directly influence product direction with customer feedback
- Create solution documentation, demo assets, and technical materials that scale customer success
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in a solutions engineering, pre-sales engineering, or similar client-facing technical role is beneficial but not strictly required
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly in natural language processing and unstructured data analysis
