Welcome to Deloitte's Oracle OM Sales team! We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an Oracle OM Sales professional. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling Oracle Order Management (OM) solutions to our clients. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and industries, and be part of a fast-paced and collaborative environment. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of success in sales and a strong understanding of Oracle OM. Promote and sell Oracle Order Management solutions to clients to drive sales and revenue growth. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for Oracle OM solutions. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in Oracle OM to effectively communicate the value and benefits to clients. Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets. Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and capabilities of Oracle OM solutions to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements are reached. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process. Create and maintain accurate sales records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Work closely with the Oracle OM product team to provide feedback and suggestions for product enhancements based on client needs and market trends. Continuously improve knowledge and understanding of Oracle OM through training and self-study. Represent Deloitte's Oracle OM Sales team in a professional and positive manner at industry events and conferences. Act as a brand ambassador for Deloitte, promoting our services and values to clients and the wider community.
