Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with patients, clients, and customers to provide exceptional support and guidance. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients, with the goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients. You'll work closely with our Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications, while maintaining our company's reputation for high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

* Interact with patients to influence generic utilization, therapy changes, answer questions, solve problems, provide education, and maintain our company's reputation for high-quality service

  • Work independently and self-directed, while collaborating with a greater team to achieve shared goals
  • Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients, with the goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients
  • Conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications, in collaboration with our Specialty Projects Team
  • Perform numerous adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies
  • Effectively handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, while proactively gaining patient and order information
  • Maintain a working knowledge of insurance, healthcare, reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing, processing of new referrals, and providing customer education
  • Identify and escalate problems to a pharmacist, as needed

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone

  • 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application
  • Must reside in the state of Nevada
  • Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting

  • Knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements
