  • Receiving and responding to inquiries and service requests from various stakeholders in a timely and professional manner

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be a resident of Utah, Idaho, Arizona, Tennessee, Montana, Missouri, Louisiana, or South Carolina
  • Possess a minimum educational requirement of a High School Diploma or GED
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, call center, or related customer service field
  • Have 1 year of experience with computer programs such as Microsoft Office
  • Medical/Healthcare experience is preferred, but not required
