Accounts Payable Clerk (Hybrid)
Kardium Inc. is dedicated to improving lives through innovative medical devices for atrial fibrillation. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will support essential accounting functions including vendor invoice processing, expense reimbursements, and financial reporting in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring the accounts payable inbox
- Receiving and processing vendor invoices
- Supporting the regular vendor bill payment runs
- Supporting the employee expense reimbursement process
- Recording credit card transactions and reconciling credit card accounts and ensuring compliance with policies
- Supporting with the period-end financial close process
- Providing general administrative support
- Supporting with strategic projects for the finance function
Skills
- Undergraduate degree from post-secondary institution
- 1-3 years experience in an accounting and/or accounts payable role
- Willingness to learn new things and respond to feedback
- Enjoy working in a team setting
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly excel
- Great communication skills
- A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for finding innovative solutions to challenges
