Responsibilities

  • Contributing to the optimization of manufacturing processes
  • Identifying areas for improvement
  • Implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate process design into manufacturing operations
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Skills

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or similar field
  • Must have graduated or graduating from an accredited college or university between August 2025 and May 2026 and be available to begin full-time work between September 2025- July 2026
  • Must have obtained degree within 12 months of the date of hire
  • Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
  • Passion for using, developing, evaluating and learning about new technologies
  • Foundational business acumen and desire to improve your business knowledge
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with multi-functional teams to meet expectations of internal and external customers
