Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our overnight team, working from home in Illinois. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving patients' questions and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. If you have a passion for helping others, strong computer skills, and a minimum of 12 months of customer service experience, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from patients, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and efficient manner

• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving patients' issues on the first call
• Process prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
• Utilize computer systems to access patient information and resolve issues
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of patient issues
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience

• 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
• Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone

• Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
• Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
