Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Caremark Member Operations division, working from the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including answering questions about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
• Providing personalized support and guidance to members to ensure they receive the best possible care
• Handling a variety of client and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific client inquiries
• Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve member issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of member issues
• Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
• Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Associates degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
• Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
• Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
• Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
• Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
• Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
• At least 6 months of healthcare experience
