As a Customer Service Consultant at arenaflex, you'll be the vital link between our customers' at-home and in-store experiences, providing a seamless and personalized process that sets us apart from the competition. You'll respond to sales leads and customer inquiries, guiding them through every step of their car buying journey, from online sales and appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery. With a focus on delivering an unrivaled customer service experience, you'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that our customers feel valued, respected, and supported every step of the way.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences
  • Utilizing your knowledge of arenaflex's vast inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their needs and exceed their expectations
  • Providing expert guidance and support throughout the car buying process, from online sales and appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery
  • Ensuring a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing, providing an exceptional customer experience that sets arenaflex apart from the competition
  • Mentoring and training colleagues as your skills and expertise grow
  • Achieving sales targets while delivering an iconic customer experience that exceeds our customers' expectations
  • Acquiring the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states, which may require testing and travel to apply for the license

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Consultant at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Sales and customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent listening skills and a customer-centric approach
  • High levels of self-motivation and a strong desire to achieve performance goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to learn and master new technologies
  • Open availability for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
  • A willingness to adapt to shifting schedules two times per year, as needed
  • A hybrid role that requires working on-site one day per week
  • A location within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
