Responsibilities:
As a Data Entry and Facilities Maintenance Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Entering new and updated customer and account information into the database with accuracy and efficiency
- Compiling and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
- Establishing entry priorities to ensure efficient data processing
- Reviewing data for deficiencies and resolving them using standard procedures
- Inputting alphabetic and numeric information according to screen format
- Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
- Verifying entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering information
- Combining data from multiple systems when account information is incomplete
- Purging files to eliminate duplication of data
- Testing system changes and upgrades by entering new data
- Securing information by completing database backups
- Following organization's policies and procedures, reporting any needed changes
- Maintaining customer confidence by keeping information confidential
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (at least 40 wpm)
- Keen attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision
- Proficiency in computer applications and software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
