Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism

Essential Qualifications:

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to meet performance metrics and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools

Preferred Qualifications:
