Job Description

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You will troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to billing, service, and technical support, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores and call handling times.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient with basic computer applications and comfortable learning new software.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Additional certifications or training in customer service is a plus.
