Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing support through live chat interactions
  • Assisting customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

* No prior experience is required for this position, but a strong desire to learn and grow is essential

  • High school diploma or equivalent
