Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative I at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values to every customer interaction. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner

  • Maintain high levels of call productivity and quality scores, exceeding minimum standards
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products and services, including retail banking, online banking, mortgage, and business products
  • Utilize excellent communication and active listening skills to build strong relationships with customers
  • Meet established guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for customer service
  • Identify and report suspicious activity, adhering to applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and guidance
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex policies and procedures, completing required training and adhering to company standards

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-3 years of call center experience, preferably in retail banking or residential loans
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Good computer knowledge and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual candidates preferred but not required

  • Experience with customer service software and systems
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance
