This position will work within the ChristianaCare Center for Virtual Health, Hospital at Home program. The paramedic provides in-home patient assessments, clinical and social screenings, clinical interventions, patient education, and participates in telehealth visits from the patient's home while connecting with the physician or virtual command center via Telehealth. Mobile Integrated Healthcare is the provision of healthcare using patient-centered, mobile resources in the out-of-hospital environment. Education and experience requirements: BLS, ACLS, PALS Certifications required National Paramedic Licensure required upon hire. Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland to be obtained and maintained as needed. Paramedic must be willing to obtain licensure in additional states as program needs arise. Applicant must acquire community paramedic certification within 24 months of employment. EVO-C Certification and maintain a driving record in compliance with ChristianaCare policy. Rotating weekend and holidays. Sign On Bonus: Qualified external candidates may be eligible for a sign on bonus. Hourly Pay Range: $27.52 - $41.31 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
