About the Role:
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Inputting, updating, and maintaining information in databases with accuracy and speed
- Monitoring and troubleshooting technical issues related to data entry
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and technical skills
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor WAN links for stability and troubleshoot technical issues
- Monitor routers, switches, and other network devices
- Provision IP addresses, LAN/VLAN, and other network configurations
- Monitor alerts and logs to identify potential issues
- Perform preventative health checks and incident management
- Generate reports and provide insights to stakeholders
- Administer security and IAM (Identity and Access Management) systems
Training and Development:
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll receive comprehensive training on essential technical skills, including:
- Windows/Unix/Linux operating systems
- Active Directory and network administration
- Powershell and Bash scripting
- Developer tools and software development
- Wireshark and network protocol analysis
- ServiceNow and incident management tools
- Network appliances, load balancers, and routers/switches
- Middleware, logs, and alerts
- Networks, firewalls, ACL, load balancers, and network monitoring systems
- Network diagnostic commands and troubleshooting techniques
- ITSL processes and tools
Requirements:
* High school diploma or GED
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder)
- No prior technical experience required
- Passion for technology and strong desire to learn technical skills
- Great communication skills and experience working directly with customers and clients
- Ability to thrive in a remote learning environment
Preferred Qualifications:
* Associate's degree or higher in a related field
- Experience with data entry, network administration, or technical support
