Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from customers, providing timely information and support
  • Manage service orders, including scheduling, order updates, and escalations
  • Conduct follow-up calls and provide time windows for upcoming services
  • Record and escalate issues to management when necessary
  • Act as a liaison between customers, service teams, and internal departments to ensure clear communication

Skills

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Proven experience in logistics customer service or a related industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in data entry and customer management systems
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience supporting a large national client in logistics or service coordination
  • Skilled in handling escalations and conflict resolution in high-pressure environments
