The role involves guiding clients through installations, resolving technical requests, and maintaining system functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with technical challenges
  • Help guide installs, modifies, and makes minor repairs to computer hardware and software systems
  • Resolves tickets representing staff-generated technical requests or problems and troubleshoots technical and process issues to maintain productivity
  • Maintains system functionality by testing computer components
  • Consults with users to determine appropriate hardware and software needs and assists in placing orders

Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Associates Degree in computer science, networking, or related degree preferred
  • Certification as Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) highly preferred
  • Experience in the use of mobile device web meeting application and a good experience in Android OS
