They are seeking a Customer Advocate to work at a well-known Insurance Company in Albuquerque, NM, where the role involves responding to customer inquiries and providing support in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Researching and responding to telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner, reporting to the Customer Service Manager
  • Evaluating customer situations, making informed decisions, and responding quickly to questions
  • Performing data entry and utilizing basic computer skills to navigate systems effectively

Skills

  • Have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare or health insurance environment (must have)
  • Possess strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
  • Demonstrate clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
