What to Expect: Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Overseeing and managing the daily operations of the call center, focusing on call metrics and quality assurance
  • Developing and executing strategies to enhance call center efficiency and performance
  • Recruiting, training, and mentoring call center agents to build a strong team
  • Monitoring and analyzing call center metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborating with the VP of Client Experience to optimize the use of Amazon Connect for call handling

What We Require: Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a call center management role, preferably in the health insurance industry
  • Expert knowledge of Amazon Connect
  • Experience managing a remote team
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor diverse teams
  • Proven track record in managing and improving call center operations
