  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of patient care
  • Utilizing Microsoft Excel and other software applications to manage patient data and track progress

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience as a customer service representative or call center agent
  • 1 year of experience with inbound calling
  • 1 year of experience in the healthcare, insurance, or claims industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:

  • 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software
  • Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment
  • Knowledge of specialty pharmacy services and complex drug therapies
  • Experience working with patients and healthcare professionals in a customer-facing role
