Job Description:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and industry trends
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business, communications)

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:
