Experienced Full Stack Sales Representative – Social Media Sales and Client Success

The Role
As a Full Stack Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for starting authentic conversations with potential clients on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Your primary goal will be to sell coaching programs to our clients, while working closely with our highly skilled client success team. You'll have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of coaches in different areas of business, and will be challenged to come up with creative strategies to manage your team to success.
Key Responsibilities
* Start new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms (2 hours/day)
- Follow up with existing leads and close sales (2 hours/day)
- Grow your social media accounts organically (2 hours/day)
- Reply to active leads and close sales (1.5 hours/day)
- Manage and communicate with your team daily (30 minutes/day)
Qualifications
* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
- Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection
- Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends)
- Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
- High interest and commitment to learning, making money, working with trial and error, and being challenged daily
No previous experience is required

Pay and Benefits
* Training Stage: $150-$300
- Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month
- Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
- Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
