Securities Analyst II
Aston Carter provides corporate talent solutions globally, and they are seeking a Securities Analyst II to join their Securities Administration Services group. The role involves processing complex transactions related to loan or security payments, monitoring pooled loans for non-compliance, and providing analysis to investors.
Responsibilities
- Provide remittance and correction information to servicers
- Monitor and analyze pooled loans for non-compliance and communicate findings to investors
- Evaluate servicer performance to ensure compliance with agreements
- Participate in system enhancements by attending user groups and testing
- Identify and communicate processing exceptions relevant to portfolios
- Maintain expertise in areas such as Collateral, Securities, Default, or Trust Administration
- Train and review the work of junior staff
- Propose and implement automated solutions
Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and V Look Up
- Bachelor's degree in Math, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Business, or related field
- Strong skills in business analysis, finance, and data interpretation
- Preferably 1+ year of experience in Financial Services, including internships
