[Remote] Temporary Warehouse Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Technical Safety Services is one of the largest independent laboratory and hospital service providers in the United States. They are seeking a Temporary Warehouse Manager to ensure the smooth flow of procured material and services to support their customer base, focusing on vendor management and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment to technicians
- Schedules repair and maintenance of TSS equipment, and vehicles in support of TSS operations
- Completes all required documentation and administrative tasks
- Coordinates field service technician equipment audits
- Provide technicians with technical and troubleshooting support
- Respond to TSS customer emergencies on an as need basis
- Complies with all company policies, practices, and procedures
- Maintains a productive, professional relationship with all TSS personnel
- Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Some relevant customer service, mechanical and/or electrical experience
- Strong interpersonal skills to drive collaboration, commitment and productivity when working with cross functional teams and customers
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to continually learn new services
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision by employing effective time management and prioritization skills
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of basic math including geometry and algebra
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
- 2-year or 4-year degree preferred
