[Remote] Order Management Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BlueAlly is seeking an Order Management Specialist to support Sellers across various business units and customers as the post-sales point of contact. The role involves performing quality control checks, managing vendor communications, and facilitating client order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform quality control check and verification on all BlueAlly Sales
  • Manage all vendor and post-order communications
  • Understand the complex ordering processes for various OEMs
  • Identify best way to fulfill a client order whether from inventory of internal BlueAlly stock or drop shipping from distributor
  • Perform administration duties, including quote/sales verification, purchase order management, handing returns, and coordinate deliveries
  • Understanding of best pricing practices and vendor options
  • Cloud License management: facilitate internal software deliveries and follow up with any related questions
  • Reporting, special projects, and tasks as requested by leadership

Skills

  • Process/Detail Oriented/Self Motivated
  • Ability to pivot and reprioritize tasks throughout the day based on business needs
  • Desire to learn about IT Products & Services
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Outlook and Excel specifically)
  • Good work ethic, self-discipline, persistence, the ability to work independently or as a team
  • Demonstrate Excellent Communication & Customer Relationship Skills
  • Experience with Supply Chain is strongly preferred
  • Some college and/or business courses preferred
