Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in guiding individuals, families, and businesses toward the financial strategy that's right for them. With a comprehensive product line and a focus on personalized service, you'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients, identify their insurance needs, and develop a prospective customer base to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

As a key member of our sales team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all contracting paperwork is up-to-date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping
  • Identifying new client insurance needs, insurance risks, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience
  • Onboarding incoming and retaining existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks
  • Developing a prospective customer base and advertising our insurance products
  • Processing current policyholders' insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite

Compensation Package

Our compensation package includes:

  • A competitive base salary of $7,457.00 - $8,140.00 per month
