Your Role as a Live Chat Support Specialist

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in engaging with customers, answering their queries, providing product information, and assisting with sales and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Logging in to the live chat portal each morning and engaging with customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing the live chat software's features to efficiently respond to common inquiries, with a chat supervisor available to assist with more complex questions
  • Completing a comprehensive training program (1-2 hours) to equip you with the knowledge and tools needed for success
  • Working independently and adhering to provided instructions and guidelines
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Position Details

* Rate: $35 per hour

  • Contract Length: Flexible, with no fixed term
  • Work Hours: Minimum of 5 hours per week, with the possibility to work up to 40 hours
  • Location: Fully remote position, allowing you to work online from anywhere within the United States

* Access to a computer or mobile device with internet connectivity for using chat and social media features

  • Ability to work independently and adhere to provided instructions and guidelines
  • A commitment to availability for at least 5 hours per week
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
