What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from our valued customers, providing exceptional service, and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer calls, emails, and chats with a high level of professionalism and empathy
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information in our computerized system
• Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner
• Authorizing sales and transactions as needed
• Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and clients
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Our Way of Working

As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the flexibility to work from home full-time, with access to high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free environment. arenaflex will provide you with the necessary computer, technology, and equipment to perform your job successfully. Occasionally, you may be required to meet in person, so you must live within a commutable distance of Rapid City, SD.

What You'll Need to Be Considered for This Role

To be considered for this position, you must:

• Meet the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (FDIA)
• Have at least 6 months of customer service experience or military equivalent experience
• Live within 2.5 hours of the Rapid City, SD location
• Be 18 years old or older
• Be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process
• Meet the time-in-position requirements for internal posting (Level 4-7: 9 months; Level 8 or greater: 24 months)
