Job Summary

As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing outstanding customer service, promoting our Total Body Care services, and driving business growth. You'll work closely with our team to deliver exceptional experiences, educate clients on our services, and build strong relationships with our community. Key Responsibilities

* Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every client feels valued, understood, and supported

  • Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the arenaflex Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
  • Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
  • Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional experiences, drive business growth, and build strong relationships with our community

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a sales or retail environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong math and computer skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the wellness or spa industry

  • Knowledge of massage and skin care services
  • Sales or marketing experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
