Job Summary
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day data entry transactions, performing office clerical duties, and compiling reports. Key Responsibilities
As an Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key duties:
* Data Entry: Enter daily work orders into our systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Report Compilation: Assemble and reconcile reports, using your analytical skills to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Office Clerical Duties: Perform a range of clerical tasks, including filing, copying, faxing, and maintaining our office systems.
* Communication: Maintain excellent communication with various departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and information exchange.
* Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by our management team, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* Organizational Skills: Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
* Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong focus on data entry and report compilation.
* Data Entry Experience: At least 1 year of data entry experience, with a typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
