Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Resolving technical support issues and addressing customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 18 years of age or older
  • A clean criminal record with zero felony or fraud convictions
  • A computer and reliable internet connection (cable or DSL)
  • Ability to invest $12.95 for a background check and client training fees (reimbursed after 90 days)
  • Willingness to attend a virtual training session unpaid for 4 weeks, Monday-Friday, 4 hours a day
  • Commitment to a minimum of 15 hours per week (flexible scheduling)

  • Previous customer service or sales experience in a call center or remote setting
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
