Key Responsibilities

As a Home-Based Customer Service Representative & Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming customer service calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Capturing customer information, processing customer orders, and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving customer complaints
  • Maintaining customer service-related information for customer accounts, including customer contact details and order history
  • Working closely with our customer service manager to ensure proper customer service standards are met
  • Resolving inbound customer calls regarding account issues, providing high-quality customer service, and making outgoing customer service calls as needed
  • Providing customer support, handling customer inquiries, and combining excellent customer service skills to deliver a superior customer experience

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills, with the ability to capture customer information accurately and efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently in a home-based environment, with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a home-based or remote customer service environment
