Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Connecting with customers via phone and creating an experience where customers know they have been heard and understood
  • Assessing customer needs and offering solutions and additional products
  • Interacting with a globally diverse group of customers and colleagues
  • Selling travel-related services and promoting credit card vendor partner products
  • Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Possessing strong computer skills and comfort with navigating software applications, email, instant messaging, and internet searches
  • Having a professional attitude with excellent dependability, flexibility in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to handle stressful situations
  • Able to learn and react quickly

Job Summary

Customer Experience Specialists play a vital role in delivering world-class service to all customers. They connect with customers via phone, create an experience where customers know they have been heard and understood, and feel valued and important. This is accomplished by effective listening, quickly identifying and owning customer issues, actively searching for solutions to problems, and making quality decisions.

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Embrace diverse people, thinking, and styles
  • Consistently make safety and security, of self and others, the priority
  • Possess correct legal documentation to live and work in Singapore
  • Be a Singapore citizen
  • Be fluent in written and verbal English
  • Have a flexible schedule as this position will require you to work weekends, holidays, and including night shift
  • Possess a Diploma or above (consideration will be given to candidates who have relevant work experience in a contact centre environment)

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge

To stand out in this role, you will need:

  • One year of experience working in sales, and at least one year of experience providing customer service
  • Strong computer skills and comfort with navigating software applications, email, instant messaging, and internet searches
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

The starting pay for this position is SGD 3,100 per month. The position is also eligible for performance-based incentives after six months probation period, shift allowances, monthly rewards if company meets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and annual pay increases. arenaflex offers a range of benefits and perks to help you keep climbing, including:
