Position Summary As a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Life Time, you will provide overall support to the Talent Acquisition team in the areas of customer service, candidate sourcing, candidate scheduling & communication, social media, administration, reporting, and other support functions as assigned. You will works closely with applicants, candidates, recruiters, talent sourcers and human resources to support Life Time's hiring needs. The TA Specialist will manage the flow of candidates throughout the recruitment process, from posting jobs and scheduling interviews to bringing new team members on board. Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Acts as “candidate engagement” liaison for candidates and provides full support to Talent Acquisition team to include resume screening, candidate communication, scheduling interviews, greeting candidates, walking candidates from interview to interview, and requesting offer letters
  • Provides support in the areas of reporting and analytics
  • Maintains various tracking reports and pulls data as needed
  • Posts, updates and maintains active positions utilizing a wide variety of resources
  • Assists with the development of marketing materials
  • Assists with job fairs as needed
  • Acts as primary back up for candidate and hiring manager customer service
  • Traveling to marketing events and other promotional opportunities

​ Position Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 1 or more years of experience in customer service
  • Strong project management skills
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of standard office procedures and computer software

​ Preferred Requirements

  • 1 year experience working in an Applicant Tracking System
  • 1 or more years of experience supporting a recruiting team
  • Solution oriented
  • Self-motivated

​ Pay This is an hourly position with wages starting at $23.50 and pays up to $31.75, based on experience and qualifications.
