You'll be working with Live Chat software to deliver stellar customer service and support, ensuring that our clients' customers have an exceptional experience. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers and potential buyers through our clients' Facebook and Instagram accounts
• Addressing their inquiries, providing support, and guiding them through their purchasing decisions
• Managing multiple chat interactions simultaneously with professionalism and a customer-centric approach

Position Details

* Rate: $35 per hour
