Quality Control & Operations Administrator

NeuroCatch® is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Quality Control & Operations Administrator to support their Quality, Manufacturing, and Sales teams as they scale their medical device operations. The role involves performing inspections of device components, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to process improvements while providing administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Perform inspections of device components and finished medical devices prior to release and shipment
  • Verify products meet approved specifications, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure inspection records, batch documentation, and quality records are complete, accurate, and compliant
  • Work closely with Production to address minor product issues, documentation gaps, or filing errors
  • Escalate quality concerns appropriately and follow through to resolution
  • Actively contribute ideas to improve and streamline quality control processes, while ensuring all changes align with regulatory and Quality Management System requirements
  • Provide support with general office coordination and administrative tasks as needed, acting as a reliable point of support for the team and assisting with day-to-day operational and administrative needs as they arise

  • Confidence to communicate improvement ideas clearly across Quality, Production, and Operations teams
  • Ownership, driving tasks to completion, and being a dependable backbone of the team
  • Technical diploma or equivalent experience
  • Hands-on experience with inspections or prior experience in a quality control setting
  • One (1) or more years of production experience, medical device experience preferred
  • Experience working in a quality management system (ISO 13485)
