Cyber Infrastructure Engineer

The Cyber Security Infrastructure Engineer will ensure Darktrace is deployed, integrated, and optimized to provide clients with industry-leading AI-powered cybersecurity protection, while leading deployment projects and managing customer support tickets.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Darktrace is deployed, integrated, and optimized to the highest standards
- Assist customers with deploying Darktrace technology within network, cloud, OT, and email environments
- Lead and become a trusted advisor to key customers in their security infrastructure design and planning
- Regularly completing deployment projects on or before expected Service Level Objectives (SLOs)
- Integrating new systems into existing network architecture
- Efficiently manage customer support tickets to assist with technical issues
- Proactively engage with customers to help maintain a healthy deployment
- Maintaining and enhancing communication between all go-to-market teams, including sales, customer success, and operations
Skills
- A technical educational background or have experience working as a Network, Cloud, OT or SOC Engineer (or similar role)
- Basic knowledge of computer networking protocols, LAN and WAN, cyber security principles, and the OSI reference model
- Entry level understanding of network and cloud architecture design, configurations, principles, and best practices
- Basic familiarity with OT network principles and practices based on the Purdue model
- Foundational level knowledge and/or certifications with industry-standard vendors such as AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, or Palo Alto Networks
- Experience in implementing Darktrace sensors and software modules into various environments (including cloud, email, and OT)
- Experience with Darktrace deployment options, integrations, and response enablement and tuning (custom routes, firewall integrations, email)
