Now, we're seeking an experienced Remote Customer Chat Specialist to join our team and provide an exceptional first impression on behalf of our customers. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for quickly answering online chat requests from customers, providing extensive knowledge about our products and services, and identifying consumer wants and needs.

Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through our web-based live chat console. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your goal will be to create a personalized experience that drives the consumer to want to do business with us.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to prospects in chat software, social media accounts, and email if needed

  • Schedule a consultation between the prospective client and our Sales Representatives
  • Keep a detailed log of your contacts, including those who were not interested
  • Follow up with prospective clients who have shown interest in the past
  • Be open to stepping in to take calls ranging from 15-minute calls to actual sales calls when needed
  • Work collaboratively with our team to meet individual and company benchmarks

Essential Qualifications

* Experience navigating website pages and quickly identifying information

  • Social media experience
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize quickly
  • Detail-oriented and customer-focused
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Adaptable
  • Career-oriented and professional
  • Experience as a Sales and/or Customer Service Associate is a plus

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
