Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service to achieve the best resolution for the customer

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills, with a patient, empathetic, and compassionate approach
- Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with sound judgment and decision-making skills
- Computer proficiency in Windows and MS Office
- Strong social support system, autonomy, and ability to work from home
