Key Responsibilities

As a Loan Servicing Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting with Loan Applications:

+ Guide clients through the loan application process by clearly explaining the necessary documentation and subsequent steps involved. + Collaborate with loan officers and teams to ensure seamless customer service and escalate complex issues as required.

  • Problem Solving:
