  3. Data Management:
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
    • Update customer accounts and process requests in accordance with company procedures.
  4. Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with teammates and supervisors to share updates and improve processes.
    • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new tools and policies.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and ability to navigate online systems.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries efficiently.
