Key Responsibilities
As a Psychic Tarot Chat Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Providing accurate and compassionate readings to clients via phone, chat, or messaging services
- Utilizing your skills and expertise as a Psychic, Tarot Reader, Astrology Reader, Clairvoyant, Medium, or Spiritual Counsellor to connect with clients and provide guidance and support
- Building strong relationships with clients and promoting a positive and supportive environment
- Working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client demand
- Utilizing our state-of-the-art technology and tools to track performance and stay connected with clients
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience as a Psychic, Tarot Reader, Astrology Reader, Clairvoyant, Medium, or Spiritual Counsellor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer software and online platforms
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or online environment
- Familiarity with online marketing and social media platforms
- Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to produce engaging and informative content
- Experience with video content creation and editing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track performance and identify areas for improvement
