Start Date: February 2, 2026 Hourly Rate: $20/hr. ($41,600) Location: Remote Equipment: All necessary equipment will be provided by the company. Time off: Employees are not eligible for time off within the initial 90-day period. Paid training starts on February 2, 2026. Position Overview Assists Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Agents by reviewing property inspection reports to determine insurability following client and company guidelines. Addresses P&C Underwriting concerns, obtains all required documentation, and takes underwriting action on non-compliant submissions within company guidelines by performing the following duties. What you'll do

  • Provides service to internal and external customers via written and verbal communication on policy coverage risk and/or structure approvals or denials that meet client and company standards.
  • Reviews P&C applications for insurance coverage, property inspections, and other information to determine if application is acceptable for the available client program(s).
  • Evaluates and determines policy cancellation or reinstatement, modification of coverage form or limit within client and company guidelines.
  • Evaluates the risk of a risk against the class of business under review.
  • Evaluates the loss potential due to catastrophe, severity, and/or frequency.
  • Processes transactions and adjusts records as necessary and within company policy and procedure guidelines while utilizing company resources.
  • Reports on all unusual conditions affecting client satisfaction. What you bring
  • At least 2 years of Agency or underwriting experience in Personal Lines including homeowners and other lines; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
