Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our members' healthcare needs. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues related to health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our members receive the necessary support and guidance to navigate their healthcare services and options.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to members via phone, email, or chat

  • Answer questions and resolve issues related to health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our healthcare services and products
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of customer interaction experience in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military setting

  • Computer experience with Windows-based applications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
  • Patience and understanding, with the ability to convey trust and confidence
  • Reliability and compliance with certain standards

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of health insurance, drug coverage, and prescription management
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
