Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our members' healthcare needs. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues related to health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to members via phone, email, or chat

Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of customer interaction experience in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military setting
- Computer experience with Windows-based applications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
- Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
