Responsibilities

As a Virtual Administrative Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintaining and updating databases and client information.
  • Supporting the team in organizing and executing events and meetings.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
  • Assisting with special projects and assignments as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
